These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between ph333 (hereinafter referred to as "ph333", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses or uses the ph333 website, mobile interface, or any related services. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the ph333 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, placement of bets, participation in promotions, and use of customer support services.

ph333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered users. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. ph333's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of ph333's right to enforce that provision at a later date.

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "the platform" include the ph333 website, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and any application or interface through which ph333 services are accessed. References to "games" include casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets available on ph333.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and controlling text.

To register and maintain an active account on ph333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to hold player accounts on ph333.

2.1 Age Verification

All withdrawal-eligible accounts are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, during which the user will be required to submit government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

ph333 reserves the right to suspend account activity — including the processing of withdrawal requests — pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be closed and any balance held in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedure.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on ph333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified by ph333's verification and risk monitoring systems will be closed, and any balances or bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Access

ph333 is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. ph333 does not represent or warrant that the services offered on this platform are legal or permitted in any jurisdiction outside of the intended service area. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their use of ph333 complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

To access the full functionality of ph333 — including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. ph333 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any stage. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph333 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph333 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ph333 will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation.

3.3 KYC Documentation

As part of ph333's ongoing commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, all accounts requesting withdrawals above a specified threshold are required to complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. ph333 may request additional documentation at its discretion based on account activity or risk assessment.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most accounts. However, ph333 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time if account activity warrants re-verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until the documentation is received and verified.

3.4 Account Currency

All ph333 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, or bank transfer are credited to your account in BDT. Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph333 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

ph333 does not currently support credit card or debit card payments. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the ph333 account portal.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable maximum transaction limits are displayed within the account portal at the time of the transaction. ph333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time based on payment partner terms, account status, or risk management requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same ph333 account. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and applies to all accounts without exception. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.

ph333 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur during peak periods, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. ph333 will communicate the reason for any unusual delay to the affected player via their registered email address or live chat.

4.4 Responsibility for Correct Payment Details

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all payment details provided for withdrawals are accurate and current. ph333 cannot be held responsible for funds transferred to an incorrect account number, mobile wallet number, or bank account as a result of information provided by the user. Requests to reverse or redirect payments already processed cannot be guaranteed and are handled on a best-efforts basis.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

ph333 employs automated and manual monitoring of all financial transactions. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent, linked to bonus abuse, associated with a duplicate account, or inconsistent with normal account activity may be held pending review. ph333 reserves the right to forfeit winnings or balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity and to close the relevant account permanently.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on ph333 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 One Bonus Per User

Each promotion on ph333 may be claimed once per registered user, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

ph333 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus amount, associated free spins, and any winnings generated from bonus funds where it determines that the user has engaged in bonus abuse, provided false information during registration, breached any provision of these Terms, or where the user's account activity indicates a pattern of play designed to exploit the promotional offer rather than engage with the platform in good faith.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ph333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a user is actively working through wagering requirements, the status of the partially completed wagering will be handled in accordance with the individual promotion terms or, where those terms are silent, at ph333's reasonable discretion with consideration for the user's activity to date.

5.5 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

By using the ph333 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not adversely affect other users, the integrity of games or betting markets, or the normal operation of the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph333 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets, access game content, or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets to generate systematic profit beyond the normal risk of gambling.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting market results.
• Using ph333 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the ph333 platform's underlying code, servers, or databases.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or to which you do not have lawful access.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where ph333 identifies or reasonably suspects a violation of Section 6.1 or any other provision of these Terms, ph333 reserves the right to suspend account access immediately pending investigation, forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

6.3 Respectful Conduct

Users interacting with ph333's customer support team, live chat system, or any community feature on the platform are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. ph333 reserves the right to restrict support access or close accounts of users who engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward support staff or other users.

ph333 accounts may be suspended or closed either at the user's request or by ph333 under the circumstances described in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Any registered user may request the closure of their ph333 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Unused bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by ph333

ph333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, where the account is linked to fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, where the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Where an account is closed by ph333 as a result of a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their most recently used payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period or a cooling-off period via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
